Hi all,
For the past week, my Versa has been powering off sometime just after midnight. It refuses to turn on with regular button presses and only powers on when I put it charge. I leave it to charge up to 100% before removing it from the charging dock and seems to last all day. Any idea what’s going on here?
Thanks in advance!

Hi there, @KenDee. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out.
While reading your post I was wondering if your watch vibrates when you connected it to the charger? If it doesn't, please try the steps below:
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing another factory reset (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):
You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Thanks for your response @MarreFitbit ,
Thankfully, it's working again now. This happened to me last year as well and factory resetting allows me to use it again, despite the data loss. I'm just wondering what's the trigger that causes it to suddenly die even if the battery sensor reads 50%+.
