My Fitbit went off yesterday (Sunday 14th approx 8:45am I had charged it Friday overnight so was surprised it would not turn on, I charged it again over night Sunday evening but today it will not switch on, I have tried to reset by holding the left button and lower right button but nothing happens, when I put it to charge the screen comes on and I’ve left it there for an hour or so, the app says it’s fully charged so I took it off but again it’s a black screen I try to reset and nothing so I put it back on the charger and get the Fitbit logo and my phone say battery low?!?
My partner purchased this for me along with one for himself Aug 18 so it’s not even a year old??? Do I return to shop for an exchange? Thanks Michelle.

@Michelledj77 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to assist you with the charging issues that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd just like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried this process before. Let me know if your Versa comes back to life after trying those steps.
Thank you for your help my friend @SunsetRunner!
Keep me posted! 😀

My fitbit versa will not stay on when it's off the charger. When it's on the charge it turns on but when I got to take it off the screen goes black. Is there is fix for this issue?

@Joey11 I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up and would like to help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't stay on after unplugging it from the charger.
Please clean the contacts of your charger and watch with a cotton swab in order to remove any dust that the contacts accumulate. After this, restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. Finally, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
