I just bought a new Fitbit versa. After charging it, installing the update and connecting it to my existing account, it does not work on my wrist. only on my charger. Tried to solve it by pushing left and low right button, and shutting down the device, but still the screen stays black.
Does anyone have a solution (perhaps in Dutch)

@Guusje01 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'll be happy to assist you with the issue that you are experiencing with your Versa since it's not turning on when you remove it from the charger.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it before. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it works after removing it from the charger.
