Hi,
My Versa is not working anymore! It’s now 1 year old and just after wearing it during swimming, it appeared to be not working. Although I wear it some months ago during swimming!
I tried all suggested steps by Fitbit , like restarting, cleaning, etc. but still not working.
It is not turning on, nor charging!
please help me how I can turning it on.

It’s possible that water might have gotten into places it shouldn’t had. I’d suggest putting your Versa in a bag of dry rice for a day or two then try charging it and turning it on.

Hi, I had the same problem & contacted Fitbit way too many times. Every time was a different fix & answer. I even bought a new updated android phone as I was told mine was no longer compatible & would not update. Then I was told I needed a new Fitbit! I downloaded Fitbit update from play store on my phone & kept trying to reset & update for next 3 days & finally it started but failed after an hour or so, but I tried again & it continued updating & completed after about 3 hours. Now at least it's tracking but I'm having to sync constantly to get my tracker & computer to show the same data. As far as not charging, I thought that was the problem cause my screen didn't show anything & I had no lights on back side, but I would charge it about an hour a day anyway from my computer & I could hear the watch was connection. I'm calling Fitbit again today about the syncing issue. Fitbit offered me a 33% off coupon code 2 purchase a new Fitbit through them but can purchase elsewhere but I can't afford it at this time. Hope this works for you.

Thank you for sharing the tricks. I have tried many things incl. ones you mentioned, but still not working!
It‘s very disappointing after only 1 year the watch is not working anymore!!!

Mine has stopped working also. The HR monitor is still flashing green on the rear so its literally just the screen... Wen i plugged it in the other day the smiley face appeard on screen so i thought great its fixed but afetr it was left to charge on return screen is still off... I can still connect with phone....

Unfortunately I've had the same issue. I've had my versa 2 for just under 3 years. I've never swam with it or used it in the shower. The only time I did swim with it (Thursday 15th September 2022) it died. Apparently fitbit are notorious for the seals failing, which means it doesn't fulfil its function of being water resistant. It's basically try at your own risk.
