Versa won't turn on

I’ve had my Versa for a little over a month and all of a sudden it will not turn on? I’ve tried charging it, cleaning the charging ports at the back and nothing seems to make it come to life. It was working just fine Friday as I used it on my run, took it off to shower and left it on my bedside table and last night I realize it’s completely off? Help!

I am having the very same problem. I have tried charging, resetting, but nothing works. The app still says that the battery is halfway but cannot find the tracker anymore. Any advice would help. I have had the fitbit flex for 2 years and nothing ever happened to it, so I don't know what else to try with the Versa.

The app will only tell you the battery status during the last sync.

My suggestion would be to try a different power source and make sure that the charging contacts are aligned.

When plugging into the Charger, does the tracker turn on? Possibly only displaying a lil battery, but if it has been dead for a while it might take some minutes before showing any sign of life.

Lilypad, My Versa of 3 months just started the same problem. It will not charge in the cradle at all. It shows 0% battery level when I tap on the screen while in the charger. Otherwise it will not even turn on. Occasionally the reboot logo appears, but still no improvement. I don't know what to try to fix it. When it does allow me to scroll to the settings app, I scrolled down to the About section, then scrolled down to Shutdown.  Upon reboot, the same problem was still present. 0% battery. After 3 days in the charge cradle, still no success. Bummed out now. Will have to get in touch with customer service at Fitbit now, I guess.

Hi is there a way that you can escalate my to the support team. My Fitbit is not working as well. It is the versa. I tried to do the reset but it did not help any. I even tried leaving it for a day or two and then putting it back on the charger to see if I overworked it by any chance and nothing. I got this as a gift so I’m afraid that I’m gonna be left out in the wind since I don’t have the purchasing information.

My Versa just blinks at me the fitbit icon, I have tried holding down the each of the buttons for 10 sec and then all three... Nothing. Before that it was losing time and would not sync. And I only had it for three months.
