My Versa shut itself off permanently. I have only had it since May 2018. It is in warranty but now I have to wait a week for a new one. This should not be happening to something that costs $235.00 and is only 4 months old. I am now concerned that after the 1 year warranty it will stop working again. This is crazy. I have the Charge HR but the charging area has a default the tab keeps falling off. That did not happen until after the 1 year warranty, so I was screwed. This is my last Fitbit, unless the product improves and Fitbit starts standing behind their product longer than 1 year.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with the Versa, but it's great to know that you contacted support and were offered a replacement. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to follow the instructions provide in the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? to set it up.
