My versa is about 4 month old. It has randomly turned off and will not turn back on 2 days in a row. Yesterday I assumed the battery died. I charged it last night, it turned back on on the charger. Wore it to sleep last night and noticed on the way to work it had turned off again. It was 100% charged last night. It synced at 11:02pm. Now nothing, will not turn on at all.

I have tried all these things, it still does not work. When I place it on the charger it will wake up (sometimes, now) and say 0%, then the fitbit logo shows up, then it says 100%, then it just goes black again.

I'm having the same issue 😥 which makes me really sad cause I'm in a step competition. One day it went back to working fine and now it's doing it again and now after 5 hours of trying to take it off the charger it still won't stay on.
