Last night I left it charging because the app was showing battery low and today I am trying to turn it on and nothing is happening. Anybody is facing the same problem?

I had this also happen. I had my watch charging saw it charge to 100% and took it off the charger and saw it had a different time then what it was suppose to be so I shut it down. When I tried to turn it back on it wouldn't turn on. I tried holding the left side button and all three buttons for three minutes and still nothing. This is my second fitbit and I think it'll be my last cause this happened to my last one.

Please help me too!

My fitbit was working great, and I put it on the charger for 3 days and it still says battery is at 0%.. and it wont turn on at all.

I'm very disappointed.

Dear Moderator, This did not work for me. I’ve emailed them and sent a message through messenger. Where do I find tech support chat? I’m in Australia.

My fiancée is having the same issue. I am having to log it on my account because it is also telling her that her password isn’t recognised, even though she has reset it.

Place your phone in the cradle and let it charge. Even though no display,
it is charging. After charging take the watch and hold and three buttons it
at same time for a few minutes. Some power up within seconds after you hold
it for a few seconds. Some power up after up to 5 minutes. Be patient.
Experiment with several time intervals on powering it up. As far as her
password, she needs to attempt to resend a new password. Try selecting
forgot password and follow instructions. When creating passwords
always write it down on paper. Even one wrong character can prevent it from
working. If no luck then call fitbit for assistance.

On Monday, mine wasn’t syncing properly so I did a factory reset. (Battery was at 90%)
Since then, the watch is dead. I bought it in Oct 2018.
I have email to Fitbit support and they sent me Amazon link and told me to buy another one at my own cost, because the device is out of warranty. Shocking!

It is apparent that the device/ software is faulty. How can so many people experiencing the same black screen issue in the same week 🤬 and Fitbit is not taking any responsibility for it.

Same problem. This is my second one which is a replacement for the first one. It appears as if the average life span is 8 months and it goes kaput.

i will never buy another Fitbit. Not worth it. It a crap of a device and will not recommend it again to anyone.

Try holding all three buttons at sametime for 2 to 5 min. Release and then
hit back button. Before you try fully charge
