Last night I left it charging because the app was showing battery low and today I am trying to turn it on and nothing is happening. Anybody is facing the same problem?

Please help!

Thanks for the reply. I left overnight, I have tried everything. I am going to phone the call centre today - it has at most, 3 and a half hours before the battery is fully dead.

I have tried EVERYTHING and my Fitbit won't turn on, won't charge, nothing. I've tried resetting it which typically works and still nothing! So frustrating as I use my Versa for everything. Just a black screen.

I'm having the same problem. My versa won't turn on suddenly.

I've tried everything and nothing is working.  The screen has been black since yesterday evening.

I put it on the charger last night, this morning it had the incorrect time and lines were missing.  It said it had 87% power, then I tried to reset it again, but it's not turning on.  It's still a black screen.  Bought it in Feb 2020.

My fitbit versa will not power on. I have pressed all three buttons doen and held it for a couple of mins and my screen will just flash a dim light and will turn black afterwards.

What worked for me. Try holding the 3 buttons down all at once until the Fitbit symbol flashes on. Then once you see it let go and put it on the charger Hope that helpsSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Hi @SunsetRunner and @MamaccBitFit. I've seen that you did manage to get help from our Support Team. I'm glad to hear that you're back on track.

Hello @bullenbridget. It's nice to hear that the steps recommended in this thread have helped you to get back in business. Thanks for also taking the time to help others.

Hi there @WBaird0414 and @MorganPuppies, thanks for stopping by. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot your Versa 2 prior to posting here. At this point, I recommend doing a factory reset (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @Pkher13@miaC02, @kylie06, @japarry1, @Merritt11, and @Sunflowerj, welcome on board. Thanks for the steps you've tried so far in order to fix the display of your watches. However, I'd like you to please take a look at this post of mine and let me know if you've tried all the steps recommended so I can go ahead an reach out to our Support Team on your behalf.

I'll be around, keep me posted.

Did you hold down the left button and the right bottom button for at least
10 Seconds? If it shows the Fitbit symbol then it should be coming up, hope
this helps.

Hello @MarreFitbit , thank you so much for the details. I tried that but cannot do anything. Is it because of the firmware? Nothing still works. I held it down for 8 seconds 2-3 times now.

Hi there @miaC02@kylie06, and @MorganPuppies, thank you so much for getting back to me and for confirming that you've followed the steps recommended above. Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options and see if this issue started happening after the firmware update. Please keep a lookout in your inbox to the email address associated with this Fitbit account. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible since due to recent events affecting our operations, support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual.

Hello @Jennifer9, thanks for stopping by. If the screen of your Versa 2 isn't responding to swipes or it's not turning on, but it seems to be still syncing:

 -  Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
-  Please confirm if you've restarted your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
-  Try to change the Screen Wake setting to manual, you can find the steps to do it in this help article: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?

Hey @Ltice82, I appreciate your help and input here. I'm sure your post will helpful to others.

Let me know if you have any questions present, I'll be around.

Thank you @MarreFitbit

I do not see anything on the display, I tried just spamming buttons as well as holding the buttons indicated in your links but I am not sure if it its my buttons or display. I do feel vibrations when doing random stuff on the watch, but I cannot see anything on the display.
