Versa won't turn on

Last night I left it charging because the app was showing battery low and today I am trying to turn it on and nothing is happening. Anybody is facing the same problem?

 

Please help!

You're one in a few, sooner or later fitbit will have to admit there
shortcomings it might even take a few years, but I can't pay over $200
bucks for a device that conveniently lasts 18month. I can't shed $200
almost every year. I took their 25% discount and bought another versa. But
after this I'm done. I might even sell out to the apple ecosystem.

Again, I would like to suggest that all who are having trouble with their Fitbits tell the store manager of your experience, write a store review, and share your story on social media.  I posted mine on my facebook page and was surprised to find friends that are experiencing the same trouble.  I've been recommending that people check out the Community forum so that they could see for themselves that these are not unique problems.

😒 it turned back on but now the battery depletes quickly & the heart rate monitor and exercise time aren't registering. 👎

So disappointed that Fitbit has not improved their product to be better after 3 plus years of complaints.  I may have to change to apple.  I'll have paid for an apple watch if I purchase another fitbit watch.  So sad that this company won't stand by its product! 😞

Same thing happened with mine only after having it for 5 month so I don’t use it. Very disappointed because I tried everything from reset to charging it full shutting off and even factory reset and nothing worked so I have a dead useless Fitbit. 
I have heart problems and it is a great way for me to monitor myself with my meds 

so sad that maybe it was not even Worth having spent the money on something that did not last long.

Big thxs it worked yay I’ve literally been on “YouTube for hours holding down just “1 button” and when u said hold down all “3 buttons” it literally lit up. Your the person with the correct answer, those videos was useless to me I had no success until I found your advice.

Chatting with Fitbit now. My versa died a month or so ago and of course no help (except discount) now we are online about my husbands versa who is doing the exact same think. THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM FIX IT

What is really shocking is that in many of these cases the Versa went through a strange update and died immediately after. Clearly something wrong with the update but they will not except responsibility.

Each time it shuts off and turns back on I have to sync it to my account to get both the time and monitor to correct itself. Hope this helps.

That happens to me where I have to act like I'm setting up a whole new
Fitbit so it will track my sleep.

Hello, i have had this issue and still haven't received any responses. What else can I do?

Contact customer service and report your problem.  Follow whatever suggestions that they give you.  If it does not help and your watch is less than a year old, request a replacement.  Keep the straps and the cradle.  They only send the face.  They will continue to replace until the year is up.  I learned that Europeans have a two year warranty, but Americans have a one year unless you purchased an extended warranty.  After the warranty is up, they only give a 25% discount on a new watch.  I am suggesting that people let their store know what problems they are having and that they write a review for their store.

My verse 2 will not turn on. I have charged it overnight, held the button down for 10 seconds (still nothing). It symbol will not come on the screen. There shouldn’t be anything wrong with it. When trying to hook up the Fitbit to my versa 2, it will find it but won’t connect. I am using a iPhone 7 Plus so I know it’s compatibility! Please help!!!!

I keep my Versa 2 cleaned, charged when warning prompts me to and have
bought a Supcase band to protect it while working. It's been a great help
for my health and works perfectly. I also do not wear it to shower or bath.

Hello I having the same issue, I gave my versa 1 to my daughter because upgraded to versa 2 then her stop working won’t charge, I even buy a new cradle to make sure same issue show a 0% then go off, y try all the steps, I contact support and no help, then I got an email with 20% off to buy a new one, really? Spend $150 only to work 1 year and a half? I know you guys can do better.

Go into the Fitbit App on your phone and register the Fitbit again, as if
it is a new device. Follow the prompts. Have your phone and Fitbit
charging next to each other in a place in your home where you know you have
a good wifi connection. This happens to me probably once every couple of
months. I put my Versa right on top of my phone once I am done answering
the prompts and it's trying to connect. Good luck! I hope it works for
you.

Thanks for the info GalenHill, I try that but the app keep searching, I delete it then add new devise and it’s keep searching showing in app, if I remove the versa from cradle then placed Back I got a 0% for a sec. then dark. Like I said before I even got a new charger.

Oh I'm so sorry! I don't have any ideas. I just always do what I
mentioned and sometimes it can take an hour or two but eventually they
pair. Good luck. I hope it works out. Fitbit is not the best product
unfortunately.
