Last night I left it charging because the app was showing battery low and today I am trying to turn it on and nothing is happening. Anybody is facing the same problem?

Please help!

My Fitbit ran out of battery and then would turn on once charged, I tried what every other person said then tried this, holding all buttons for approximately 3 mins and it came back to life 🙂 I wish I had more hands so I could give this person 4 thumbs up 👍👍👍👍

I have tried that and it still has not come on.

I tried it a few times , then just sat watching a movie while holding all 3 buttons down and after a few minutes it came on, tried it 2 or 3 times as had nothing to lose .

sidjames1975 yes it does work but there is definitely a fault and unfortunately, Fitbit won't admit to it or do anything about it. So I am glad my fix worked for you but as I have said many many times you have to hold the three buttons down and hold it in until the Fitbit logo comes up and that can be from 5 minutes to 10 minutes or a whole movie (although I wouldn't have gone that far or that long)

Cheers for letting me know it worked

Oh another thing I also suggest is NEVER charged it over-night or for very long periods of time

I held it them down for at least 6 minutes but it didn’t work I am very confused as to why this would happen to a 6 month old watch. I also don’t know how to get into contact with the support team. Please help

+1 877-623-4997. Call them. You should still be under factory warranty.
Or if bought somewhere else besides FitBit, take it back there. I hope
this helps. Shame on FitBit!

Good to hear. I did the same but bought the 2 yr warranty for $40. You
might still have time to do that.

My watch has been charging overnight and will not turn on.  It is a Versa I received a little over a year ago.  I have tried holding down the buttons to reboot and it start...nothing...have been following everyone's advice.  Who do I contact for help?

Fitbit support -
But don’t charge it ever for more than an
Hour. We are all pretty sure that is part of the problem. The battery overcharges and fries the watch.

You have FRIED IT .....it is probably now a bundle of junk. .....sorry

Unfortunately unless you bought the 2 year warranty I don't think anyone
can help. If it's over a year you are no longer under warranty. Fitbit
(or Google now) needs to build better quality items!

Thank you that worked 🙂

Had the same problem with my Versa and was freaking out. Read this post and tried resetting as suggested by pressing all 3 buttons at the same times for a few seconds and Voila.... the logo lit up. I placed it on the charger and I was back in business!

So happy for this community! At least you know you’re not alone when issues arises!! Thanks!!

Great to hear that my solution/idea worked for you but you MUST NOT I repeat you must not over-charge it....no more than two hours of charge....that is sudden death to it because the Versa has a built-in problem with over-charging and Fitbit know that they are selling a FAULTY item but won't do anything about it....so please don't over-charge unless you want a dead Fitbit

My Fitbit Versa did the same exact thing last night, March 6th.  Said batter was low and turned itself off.I followed the suggestion of the one individual and held all three buttons down at the same time and it eventually came back on. This is the very first time my Fitbit battery ever went off since I purchased it. Very strange. Do you think Fitbit is doing something to everyone’s battery to make us buy new Fitbit’s.
