Last night I left it charging because the app was showing battery low and today I am trying to turn it on and nothing is happening. Anybody is facing the same problem?

Please help!

I just told them I've had nothing but problems since day one with mine. I
called and chatted to get it resolved. Someone had just emailed me to let
me know they're getting an replacement.

I asked for a supervisor! And she saw it was my first replacement and had been a customer since 2014

Good! They need to realize that the issues we have need to be fixed

I agree I think this is a common problem. Bad quality. Thank you.

I would try calling again and ask for a supervisor.

They refuse to send me one. They really screwed me over. Almost $300 for a
hunk of junk. BS

Did you talk to a supervisor?

Just chatted with customer service.  Mine is just over a year and it died.  they don't give a crap, just offer a lousy discount to buy a new one.  Like I'm going to spend my hard earned money on another piece of crap  that only lasts a year.

Same problem.  Offered a 25% discount to buy a new $170 watch that may or may not last.  Good thing they don't make appliances or cars.

Just read your message, so I am back in contact with them.  Mine's 15 months old with the same problem.  I'm not happy.  Waiting on chat for a supervisor.  Did you call or chat?

I had the same issue...13 months old and there’s nothing they can do but offer me 25% off a new one. No way am I going to invest in another one after this.

How were you able to get an exception? I just chatted with online support and all they would offer me was 25% off a new one. My Versa is 13 months and 10 days old.

I explained that I have had non stop problems with mine. I called and
chatted with support which was useless. Everything I was told to do I had
already done.

I know someone today was able the get an replacement after talking to a
supervisor.

It depends what rep you get if they really want to help. I've had emails
all day from others with the same problem. If people don't complain and
act upset nothing will get done

I am wanting to get a versa for my birthday but seeing all these comments about the device failing and breaking is making me hesitate. Was there an update within the past month to get rid of all bugs and glitches and flaws that I have seen countless reviews on on amazon and Fitbit.com? Was this issue just in a certain batch of versa watches? Should I still buy one?

While many watches are failing, many more are doing what Fitbit intends.
That said, BOTH my daughter and I are on our second Fitbit versa watch mine replaced under warranty by Fitbit and hers by Costco’s wonderful electronics warranty.
Hers was the same issue but failed within a month of purchase. As mine has now failed, my next watch/tracker will be an iWatch. Not the newest, mind, but I will convert. It costs more but will be more reliable and does everything my versa would do with more seamless app integration. I loved those things but couldn’t justify the price tag of an iWatch. I will be able to now.
Hope that helps!

Thank you for your response. I was really looking forward to liking the Fitbit versa and buying one for the lowish price it has. With all the problems I have read about, I don’t think I want one any more despite the 52% like rate on amazon.

Do not waste your money and buy a different brand. Yesterday I was
receiving emails all day from people who had the same problems. It's
quantity over quality with this product. A number of them lost a lot of
money. Depending if the rep wants to help you may get an replacement.

I actually worked a promo to promote the versa. Once I bought one I had
nothing but problems. Steps were not correct, calories, tracking or the
weather. It said it was below zero when it was 80 out. The reps were not
helpful and I knew more than they did.

Fitbit refuses to find out what the issue is and makes things right with
everyone it's supply and demand. The issues have been going on for a very
long time and no one will do anything about it.

Don't waste your time or money.
