Versa won't turn on

My Fitbit Versa has been giving me problems for the past few weeks and now it won't turn on. Yesterday it was jumping from screen to screen without me touching it. I haven't dropped it or smacked it or anything like that. I wanted to see if anyone else has been having issues like I have.

I would like to know if you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted our support team, have they offer you a solution for this?

I did and they ended up sending me a new one that is working good so far.  Customer support was amazing.  I was stressed and they took care of it quickly and without making me jump through hoops.
