Hi fitbit, my Versa is totally dead, I have tried all the recommendations I can find in the forums and online inc holding in the buttons for minutes at a time but no luck, can you please help as up until now the Versa has been great so would be good to get it fixed, look forward to hearing from you, thanks, Jude.
