I tried to restart my fitbit versa this morning from.the Setting menu by turning it off and then I couldn't turn it on by pressing the left button on the watch. I wanted to restart it because it didn't registered my workout and my sleep tracking. I've tried in several times to turn it on but with no result. I've tried to set up a device from the fitbit phone app but I was told there was already a device attached to my phone and there was no use to change it. Please help! I've bough it only a week ago and I want to return it if the problem persist. Thank you very much!
I want to add that, at this moment my fitbit versa is dead, I mean its screen is off, sonI can't access the menu from it. Thank you in advance!

I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above in order to bring your Versa back to life.
I'd like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger. This info will help me to assist you accordingly.
