Versa won’t turn on 😡

My Fit Bit Versa was replaced in November due to battery issues but now the new one has turned itself off at 71% charge. Never wet nor dropped it has always had a protector on it but it won’t turn back on. I’m very frustrated with this product please help

No, you weren't wrong! It was the left and bottom right buttons. I did try all 3 like you and it only showed a depleted battery.  Which I know wasn't true and support did see the last sync & battery level. I have Fitbit item's for myself & my daughter and not until the recent Versa update have I had a problem with my Versa. So there's probably going to be a update to the update 🤷🏾‍:female_sign:

If you upgraded to the Versa 2 from the Versa, do you like the upgrade? Or if you have the Versa 2 do you like it?

Went with the Apple to go with phone and beach body on demand. Apple has no sleep monitor built in so that sucks so bad. The sleep was my favorite part of the watch.

I left my Versa plugged in for a week and it somehow got a charge so I"m still using the original.  Sure wish FitBit could have told me to try that.
