My Fit Bit Versa was replaced in November due to battery issues but now the new one has turned itself off at 71% charge. Never wet nor dropped it has always had a protector on it but it won’t turn back on. I’m very frustrated with this product please help

No, you weren't wrong! It was the left and bottom right buttons. I did try all 3 like you and it only showed a depleted battery. Which I know wasn't true and support did see the last sync & battery level. I have Fitbit item's for myself & my daughter and not until the recent Versa update have I had a problem with my Versa. So there's probably going to be a update to the update 🤷🏾:female_sign:

If you upgraded to the Versa 2 from the Versa, do you like the upgrade? Or if you have the Versa 2 do you like it?

I left my Versa plugged in for a week and it somehow got a charge so I"m still using the original. Sure wish FitBit could have told me to try that.

We're in the same boat 🤦🏽:female_sign: I'm having the same problem
