Versa won't turn on

My versa was acting up last week and I did a factory reset. It will not turn on now. Black screen. I have left it charging, cleaned charging ports held all 3 buttons for over 5 minutes, nothing has worked. Just black a screen. Please help.

Hi there @CindyAnneS5, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the detailed information you provided in your post and for taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa to fix the blank screen, I'll be glad to help you.

Since none of the steps you tried have worked, I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options. Please keep a lookout in your inbox to the email address associated with this Fitbit account.
