My versa stopped working randomly mid-day at 80% battery the other day. I have tried every reset option I can find with no results. I have tried charging it several times and there was no previous problems with the charger. My versa is out of warranty so I don’t know what to do.

The exact same thing has happened to me. I have followed all the re set advice but it just will not respond .

my versa 2 (7months old) developed the black blank screen Sunday morning seemingly coinciding with the firmware update. Nothing I have done can fix it luckily I am in warranty and they will send a replacement. 
you are best contacting support via twitter or online chat if the basic resets / charging etc are not sorting the issue seems a common issue
