Versa won’t turn on

My Versa flashed the Fitbit logo and turned off and not won’t turn back in, it’s charged and iv tried the reset of holding the buttons but nothing?

Mine did the same thing. They are saying nothing to do but replace. Then 2 days later it turned back on. Right now I just have the green sign. I tried to remove and reset but nothing is happening. Cannot get it to do anything. Left in charger, and also cleaned points. Going to try to call today and see if any other option.

still have no lights on back or any vibration. When I called they could not help or even give a reason why it shut itself off. The only they can do is go by script of things that might help. Otherwise they just pass you to warranty and tell you to replace.

I just bought a new one from Amazon and this time bought 3 year warranty. Lol I already had fancy bands for this one.

I have a versa - 3 years old. Working like a charm. But woke up 2 days ago and it was dead!!!! I have researched for days YouTube and Fitbit forums. Nothing has worked. Think of going with an Apple Watch.  I loved this versa watch I wore it daily for 3 years. Feel like I lost a great friend.

Yes I had all sorts of special bands and wraps for mine, so ended up just buying another one. Although this time I did get the 3 year warranty. I have heard how much people like their Apple watches as well. I just did not want to spend that much and have to get things to go with it as well. Good Luck!
