HI @MarteHT  -  the battery may be flat, first charge it for at least 30 minutes, if that doesn't work if may not be charging so follow the steps How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Yo check for a faulty screen, if it vibrates when pushing the button for a few seconds and remains black, sync with the phone. If it syncs fine then there may be a screen fault.

In which case probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you further.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is still under warranty and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a refund/new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues.

I also have this problem, my screen is blank, tried restarting with and without the charger cable fitted. And still no good. The watch tried to restart and the fitbit logo comes on when restarting, but then the screen is black agaian and unresponsive.

The watch is booted up and connected to my phone via Bluetooth as I can sync it, says 100% charged, just have the problem of no screen!

Please help fitbit!

Called customer support last night, went through a series of attempts to reset, finally had to delete the watch from my phone fitbit app and re link it  all working now.
