Hi!!
today my Fitbit Versa Lite started going black and displaying the Fitbit logo.
it then came back on and seemed fine then the logo appeared again. I tried to turn off and was able to do so and when I turned it back on it said the battery was 0%
after a full charge, it looked as if it was good to go.
Then when I put it back on, nothing! Black screen can’t turn off nothing happens when I push the button or put back on charge?!
It is only a month or so old.. please help!

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
