Versa won't unlock or re pair to Bluetooth

Help, my versa says unlock with phone.  I followed the instructions but it would not unlock.  I deleted it and tried to re pair device but it can't find it.  I'm loosing the will to live.  Advice anyone? I have android.

I would like to know how you unlocked your Versa. In the meantime, please try the steps that shared Alvaro in this post in order to unlock your Versa.
