Hi, I just bought a Versa last night, super excited but now I'm disappointed. I have a Note 5 and I have been following the directions to set everything up. I've downloaded the app and sync to my phone but now it wants to do an update. The Versa only shows the fitbit icon and and keeps scrolling "to start download fitbit app" which I did and it says that it is sync. It will not update either with Wifi or bluetooth. Both the phone and fitbit are fully charged. Any advise? What am I doing wrong?

I would like you to follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.
