Versa won't update my sleep

My app won't update my sleep for last night. It updated/synced everything else except that. It just says "Wear your fitbit to bed"

"Your sleep goal is 8hrs"

 

I've already tried:

force quitting the app

Toggling the blue tooth

Turning off and on my ipad

Turning off my versa fit bit

Logging out and back in on the app

 

Any suggestions?

Hi @kristenx0, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the sleep syncing issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Also, check out this help page which explains how the sleep tracking feature works on your Fitbit device.
