Versa won't update or sync after firmware update

Versa Lite is not working, won’t update with new updates available or iPhone or laptop. Customer service stated will follow up, but can’t guarantee when I will be able to use my device. Anyone else experiencing issues? I’m extremely frustrated.

I hope the issue is fixed soon (since no time frame is given) and it would’ve been helpful to get a heads up from the company that this issue may occur.
