Versa won't update the time after traveling

We crossed time zones and on the way my versa changed but now that we are back home my versa will not change back.

Hi there @GailPete, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa. 

I'd recommend trying the recommendations provided by @LuvMyVersa3😉

Note the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Advanced Settings.
  2. Turn off the Automatic time zone option.
  3. Tap Select time zone and select the correct time zone.
  4. Sync your Fitbit device.

I think you should repair your device if that doesn’t work reboot it and try again. If that doesn’t work then you should keep on trying to sync it!!✌️😊I hope this helped!
