Hi there @Lilmisscup, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is showing the wrong time after traveling, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you.

Note the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Advanced Settings.
  2. Turn off the Automatic time zone option.
  3. Tap Select time zone and select the correct time zone.
  4. Sync your Fitbit device.

Hi there @Lilmisscup, thanks for getting back and for the update. I'm glad to hear that the issue with the time was solved after posting here.

Regarding the screen wake, if you haven't done so yet, please go to your quick menu and check that screen wake hasn't accidentally been turned off. Swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon.
