Versa won't update to daylight savings time

My versa will not change time after daylight savings time. How do I get it to update the time?

@mikeam99, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't update to the daylight saving time.

 

Please go to the profile page of your web-based Dashboard and make sure that the time zone is correct. After this, restart your Versa as described in this help article and sync it. Make sure that the mobile device you sync your Versa with, has the correct time as well.
