It seems that certain info will not update on my Versa even tho it registers and upgrades in the app. Specifically the weight, water, exercise days won’t update. I have restarted my versa a couple times but that doesn’t seem to do it. I can track my water and weight in the app but then it doesn’t transfer to the versa.

@Jlewisversa Try logging out and back in to Fitbit mobile app with a reboot of your phone and versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears). Sync several times. If this does not help, reinstall fitbit app, reboot both devices, place versa in the charger and sync several times. Leave it on the charger for several hours. In the meantime, open Fitbit mobile app, tap on Versa icon, tap Apps, scroll down to Today app and check for updates. Install if there are any.
If this does not help, I'm afraid you might have to perform a factory reset (restore the tracker to factory defaults). This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a replacement device in the Fitbit mobile app. Good luck!

Only exercises manually started through the versa will be shown on the Versa.

@Jlewisversa I'm glad!
@Rich_Laue I believe it's not the case. My autotracked walks make it to my Today app.
