Versa won’t update  and no data on my phone but is logging on phone

I'm totally confused @Cos51 are you referring to a firmware update for the Versa? Or is it that the versa is not syncing. How long ago does the app say the last sync was? 

You say no data is on the phone then follow this by it is logging on the phone. What is it that is being logged if no data is being logged.
