I was getting the vibrating alert when I had a new message or notification, now I’ve had it for 3 weeks and it’s not vibrating. I get the notifications but I have to physically swipe down to check them and was never alerted via vibration! Help!

@Ash0803 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not vibrating when getting notifications.
I'd like to know if it vibrates when setting an alarm.
In the meantime, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Once you've done this, turn off the notifications and turn them back on. Finally, monitor your Versa and see if it vibrates again when receiving notifications.

I’m having the same troubles I have gone through my settings and I don’t get any vibration when I get calls, texts or app notifications. I have to physically swipe down to see my notifications!! Please help!!

@stefholcomb I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up on the notifications issue that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as advised in the article that I shared in my previous post. This will refresh your watch internally. Once you've done this, try turning off the notifications and turn them back on. Finally, monitor the notifications that see if your watch vibrates when getting them.

If your Versa doesn't vibrate when receiving notifications, please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, turn off the notifications and turn them back on and see if the issue gets fixed.
