Versa not vibrating and notifying me of in coming calls, messages and step goal completed.

You probably have do not disturb switched on

 

On the watch

Swipe down once from the very top

It will show your notifications

Swipe down again from the very top

Click on the two white bars to get to Quick Settings

Make sure the 2 top icons are greyed out
