Our versa was new in March but this weekend after coming off charge it won’t wake on your wrist. Have been through forums and seen about holding buttons down etc and this has not worked. When you put it back in the cradle it flashes a red battery symbol at 0% then shows the full display and at this point it says it’s fully charged have tried leaving it on cradle over night and doing the button pressing again but it still won’t wake off the cradle any ideas welcome please

@NN2019 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't stay on after unplugging it from the charger. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try cleaning the contacts of your Versa and charger with a cotton swab in order to remove any dust. After this, charge your Versa again for 2-3 hours and see if it works properly after taking it off the charger.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

I am having the same issue. I also bought mine it March. It has not worked for 3 days now. Will only wake up on the charger, says 0%, then 100%, then when I take it of the charger it just dies.

I started a chat from support in the app and as it’s under warranty a replacement is being sent out!
