I have had a versa for about two years, well looked after and in great condition.
Suddenly, the Versa has stopped working. When he Versa is plugged in, everything kind of works.
It sporadically resets itself whilst in the charger, and when out of the charger, nothing. Completely dead.
I have done a factory reset whilst plugged in the charger as this is the only way to access the setting. I have followed the hard reset procedure several times as advised, and still nothing. I have a FitBit developed clock face on also.
Please help as it has been like this for a week now, and at the moment is completely useless.
