Versa wont charge or reset and heats upwhile on charger

My versa isn't holding a charge over the past couple days.  Now it doesn't respond when I connect to charger and is heating up.  I've tried using my wife's charger and the same thing happens. My ipho e cantdetect it either.

I’ve had the same thing suddenly happen to my Versa as well. Was working fine all week and then yesterday it kept resetting itself. Also it stopped holding its charge yesterday as well. Now my screen has completely died and looks like an old tv with lines all over and no display. Extremely unhappy as it was working perfectly fine 2 days ago. Hopefully you get a fix for you problem.

Thanks for the response.

I was on the Fitbit customer service chat this evening and everything boiled down to my Versa is dead and About 2 months past the 1-yr warranty. They are going to send me a 35% discount on a new purchase.

Believe me I’m disappointed as well. Mine was working just fine yesterday.
