I got my Versa just yesterday and I can't get the charger to respond at all. I read the posts from people with similar problems, but while theirs say the charging power is low mine isn't registering it's connected. I've restarted and cleaned it, nothing's changing. Should I send for a new charger?
It also didn't properly record my sleep cycles, says 0 minutes awake/asleep.
The notice on this site says that editing the log works for other people but it didn't change anything for me.

Hello there @yourevergreen, it's great to see new faces in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your charging cable seems is not responding despite trying different troubleshooting steps.
Pinch the other end of the charging cradle and place Versa in the cradle. Make sure the pins on the charging cradle align correctly with the gold contacts on the back of the watch. Also ensure the connection is secure if the percent charged appears on the Versa screen.
try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger to make sure the tracker is receiving a proper charge and don't use a USB hub.
Regarding the sleep logs, rest assure we are investigating this issue already. Editing the sleep log adding or removing 1 minutes, is just a workaround based on other user's experiences. This is not guarantee it will work as we are dealing with a glitch.
Let me know how it goes the charging cable issue. I'll be around!

I'm experiencing the exact same problem. Brand new versa won't charge. I've tried diff ports and still an unresponsive screen. I tried leaving it on charge over night and this am the fit bit logo appeared. I removed it from the cradle only to have a blank screen again. Please help.
