Bought the Versa at Christmas and connected it to a Motorola G6. It has had zero problems up until yesterday morning. It said to sync the watch to the phone, tried to do that but it said there was a bluetooth issue and to restart bluetooth. So I did, and still got the same error. Deleted all bluetooth devices and tried again, still nothing. Deleted the app, and rebooted the phone. Downloaded the app and tried syncing, still no connection. I did a factory reset on the watch and take it through the startup, it shows that it has been discovered but says there is a bluetooth issue again. If it was able to find the watch, how is there a bluetooth issue, 2nd I was able to pair back all other bluetooth devices to the phone. I downloaded the app and was able to pair the phone to a Samsung Galaxy S9+. I went through the Motorola and everything is up to date. Does anyone have any other suggestions. Also, I tried pairing them over 4G, turned off the wifi. Just in case, but still nothing.

@Legozack324 did you remove the tracker from your phone's paired devices list? Please do that, reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears) and start over.

I'm having the same issue. My watch synced at 2:39 today and everything was fine. Now it shows the wrong date and time, I was kicked out of the app, and it says I have the wrong password to get back in. Tried starting over, deleting and rebooting, but same issue.

@Judy1997 make sure you're having the same login credentials that you've used to log in to this forum.

Same issue..fitbit versa not connecting to my LG Q stylo plus phone. I have not everything possible but still wont work.
