my versa has not connected to my phone since I got it. It has not tracked my sleep in three months. and now two days of this mine will not hold a charge and it takes forever to charge. I have owned 6 fitbit products and I swear they all stop working after 6 months. My versa will not hold a charge at all, I take it off the charger in 15 minutes is down 25%, I do not have alarms on it. I do not see phone calls or text messages with this versa. It will not track my sleep at all! What do I do?

@andreanapier4 I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not holding its charge nor tracking your sleep.
I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. This article has some steps that you already took but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Regarding the syncing and sleep tracking issue, please restart your Versa as described in this article. After this, make sure that your device is positioned correctly on your wrist. Also, tighten the band just enough so it doesn’t slip on your wrist. Your device needs a solid contact with your arm to reliably track your heart rate. Once you've followed these steps, monitor your Versa and see if the battery lasts longer and tracks your sleep properly.
