Versa wont i initiate factory reset

I've been trying to factory reset my Versa by using the 3 buttons as everyone explains. When the logo disappears and I hold the two buttons, nothing happens. No vibration to initiate factory reset. Even after holding it for few minutes. I tried numerous times. The watch still says "Unlock with phone" I can't see the code to set it up on my phone due to this message.

Hi @SylviaDB, welcome to the community.

 

I've never successfully initiated a factory reset using the 3 button press (which is why I now no longer recommend it), although some claim they have been successful. I think in this case the best option for you would be to contact customer support (here).
