Just purchased my Versa last night and I have to return it today. It will not power on at all, even after charging for a few hours. With no power, I can't update or sync. Not sure if I want to exchange or just get a refund. This was my 1st fitbit and my excitement has turned to sheer disappointment, especially after reading many other users are having similar problems.

When you took the Versa out of the box was it on with at least half battery charge? My first versa died on me and I exchanged it for another one and it works fine so far. But I didn’t get it at Best Buy so exchange was a lot easier through them.
