I was just gifted a Versa for Christmas and am very happy with it! However, I haven't been able to receive text notifications since I got it. I can see when im getting a call though, so it seems to only be a problem with texting. I have since tried a plethora of ways to fix it like; registering it as a new device, turning off then on my notification buttons, unpairing and repairing the Bluetooth connection, and even doing a full system reset. Nothing seems to work.
Is this user error, or is something wrong with my watch.
I have an iPhone 11, any tips and tricks are appreciated.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I had same issue..go into your PHONES TEXT SETTINGS and turn on all notifications from there that did it for me and my wifes versa 2
