Versa wont show text notifications on androind

I seem to be getting all app notifications expect for text messages. I tried restarting both my phone and watch several times, installed and uninstalled the app, disconnected and connected bluetooth and made sure the notifications was on. It stopped working all of suddenly in the morning. Is there a glitch?

I am having the same issue. Been on phone with Fitbit for awhile now and they can't figure it out either

Same exact issue with me too! Since yesterday morning I cant get texts but everything else on my Versa. Glad to know Im not the only one but I hope they fix it soon.

it's never going to work correctly. I have tried everything and fitbit support says they are working on it, but don't have a date for when it will work again. return it if you still the chance! mine is outside the return period so I am screwed, don't end up like me!
