Versa wont show who is calling

My versa Will show me im recieving a call but says unknown caller but if I dont answer it Will say missed call and the number. How can i get it to show the caller id during the actual call?

I think thisnis most likely related to the phone yiu are using (maybe not a Supported Device?) Or it is a setting on the phone that is stopping it. What phone are you using?

Google pixel. It said it was a supported device, so i figure it might be a setting problem
