Hi there
My Versa started losing time and didnt sync with my Samsung S9. I followed all the steps on the forum...unpairing my fitbit from bluetooth, deleted device from all etc but then had problems to setup again. I did all the steps on the app and in the end did a factory reset.
Now its stuck on "Download the app"...My bluetooth is not even picking it up at all. Please help.

May be try removing it in the phone Fitbit app and re add it.
