Versa wont sync with smart phone

Got a new Versa for Christmas which has been great so far. But today it will not sync with my smart phone.

The phone says it cannot detect it.

Any suggestions please?

Hello,

 

Yeah, that happened to me too.  I was browsing the Fitbit Community and I found nothing.  However, over time, it started working.  Really I think it is just the connection between the device and the smartwatch.  Try disconnecting and reconnecting your device to your wifi.  Honestly, I just waited for a couple days and it started working for me again.

No suggestions unless we know the type of device you sync through.
