Versa wont tun on

My versa (bought brand new 7 months ago) powered off last night, whether from low battery or another unknown issue (the software has been freezing and really laggy over the past few days). So I clipped it into the charging dock and plugged it into a usb wall charger next to my bed (note, the screen never lit up when it was plugged into the power outlet). After letting it charge for 8.5 hours, I unclipped it and tried to turn it on normally, but nothing happened. Then I tried the 2 button reset (which did nothing) and then the 3 button factory reset (which also did nothing). I currently have it plugged directly into my computer, but the screen still has done nothing. HELP! I really like my versa!

You nees to chat a fit bit representative. I had to have a replacement sent after trying many times to restart it.

My versa has done the exact same thing. I've been having issues since I did the update. So disappointing because I haven't even had my versa for a year! Any info would be greatly appreciated!

If you know someone with a Versa, try using another charger to see if that is the issue, sometimes testing different wall sockets can work, too. You also can take a q -tip, dip it in alcohol, not too much, making sure that the charger is not plugged in, and squab down the prongs. Oil and dirt can mess up connectivity. If you have already tried to reset it to get it to light up, than contact support while you are still in your warranty period. https://contact.fitbit.com

I got in touch with customer support at the same time that I had made the initial post. They sent me a replacement that works perfectly fine!
