Versa wont turn on after reset

Hi everyone, 

I recently did an update on my versa, and since then have been having issues with notifications. I was advised to do a factory reset but now it wont turn on!  

It is 1 year and 2 weeks old. 

I'm beyond frustrated 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
