I bought my versa last July and return has expired. The Versa will not charge or turn on. Tried all suggestions,but nothing worked! HELP!

Hi @Claude1957 , try another USB port on your PC or a wall outlet with an approved adapter. also clean the contacts of you charger and watch. If that does not help, restart your Versa 3-4 times in a row and see if that solves your problem, Erik

Mine also suddenly died while I was riding my bike tonight. I noticed it would not stay paired with my phone also tonight. When I got back home, it completely shut off. Tried plugging it in, though I know it was not dead. It won't charge. I have tried multiple outlets. How do I restart if it won't even turn on?

I found a thread that suggested holding down all 3 buttons for 15 seconds. Mine did come back to life once I did that.
