Versa wont turn on or take a charge

I'm on my second versa. Its completely dead. Pushing various buttons or charging for a long time makes no difference. My first one did exactly the same thing and they swapped it via Argos. Trying to find when that happened using the fitbit App but cant see when it was swapped.

Mainly used for swimming app and steps.
