Versa wont turn on reset or charge

  1st my versa wouldn't charge and had a black screen I reset it after that I have to reset it 4 to 8 times A-day just to be able to see the screen and now I get nothing it won't turn on it won't reset it just won't..

Did you reset (as in factory reset) it, or restart it?

I cant do a factory reset (now) because it has to turn on to do that as far as I know.. I have been doing the 3 button reset to restart it but now it wont go in to anything but no screen or a lit up black screen witch flickers when I try to restart it.  I get no versa logo.. nothing
